SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We offer free worldwide delivery for all orders over AUD$100.
For all orders under AUD$100, we charge AUD$5 to post within Australia, AUD$10 to New Zealand and AUD$20 internationally.
All orders are sent Express via Australia Post.
Online orders placed before 2pm are shipped same day and qualify for next business day delivery.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will gladly accept returns for items purchased through localsupply.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Frames must be returned in a saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Once you've received confirmation from us take your sunglasses to your nearest post office. We recommended using a traceable shipping method when returning domestic and international orders to the following address:

Shipping costs associated with returns are at the customer’s expense.
Only items purchased through localsupply.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of the retail partner.
All accepted refunds follow the returns process detailed above and once approved are applied to the original card or method of purchase.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days to show in your account. This varies greatly between card issuers and we are unable to influence this.
