Chin wagging over a few schooners with Maroubra local and Bondi Rescue lifesaver Jesse Polock.
Jesse Polock picks to meet at the Maroubra Bay hotel for our catch up. Upon entry the bartender as well as the local
stalwart in the corner all give him a warm welcome, he is definitely made an impression in his local neighbourhood.
Starting off as a big wave rider then venturing into life saving, he is now most popularly known as the charismatic
lifeguard on Bondi Rescue. As well as these duties Pollock is also an advocate for building awareness around mental
health issues, which he does through his project The Ride East Coast.
