WHY WEAR BLUE LIGHT BLOCKERS?

All light naturally contains coloured rays and Blue light is part of the spectrum.

Not all blue light is bad, natural blue light from the sun is what keeps us awake and relegates our sleep cycles. It’s the over exposure of artificial blue light from our digital devices, LED screens and electronic lights that has harmful affects.

It’s no secret that our screen time has increased as a result of the pandemic – because smart phones are kinda amazing, right?
