We offer free delivery for all orders over AUD$75 in Australia and New Zealand.
For orders under AUD$75, we charge AUD$10 to post within Australia and AUD$15 to New Zealand.

We offer free delivery for International orders over AUD$120. For International orders under AUD$120 we charge AUD$30.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, not including public holidays).

Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently experiencing delays within our delivery network, with orders taking longer than usual to be picked, packed and delivered. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to be dispatched and delivered.

Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will gladly accept returns for items purchased through localsupply.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. Frames must be returned in a saleable condition, with all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Once you've received confirmation from us take your sunglasses to your nearest post office. We recommended using a traceable shipping method when returning domestic and international orders to the following address:

REFUNDS

Only items purchased through localsupply.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of the retail partner.

All accepted refunds follow the returns process detailed above and once approved are applied to the original card or method of purchase.

Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days to show in your account. This varies greatly between card issuers and we are unable to influence this.
