SIZE & FIT GUIDE
Every Local Supply frame is designed to sit right. Here's how to find yours.
Frame dimensions
Lens Width
46 - 56mm
The most important number. Wider suits broader faces - narrower sits closer on finer features.
Bridge Width
16 - 22mm
The gap between lenses over the nose. If frames slide down, a narrower bridge may help.
Lens Height
38 – 46mm
Vertical depth of the lens. Deeper lenses offer better coverage in bright coastal conditions.
Temple Length
140 - 150mm
Hinge to tip. Should sit comfortably behind the ear - not tight, not loose.
| Fit | Lens | Bridge | Temple | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Narrow | 46 - 49mm | 16 - 18mm | 140mm | Narrower faces, finer features |
| Regular | 50 - 52mm | 18 - 20mm | 145mm | Most faces - our most popular fit |
| Wide / Oversized | 53 - 56mm | 20 - 22mm | 148mm | Broader faces, more coverage |
Not sure? Regular works across a wide range of faces, it's usually the right call.

How to find your size
[+][-]
Look inside the temple arm. You'll find three numbers — for example, 52 – 19 – 145. That's lens width, bridge, and temple length in mm. Use those as your starting point.
[+][-]
Use a soft tape measure across your face at cheekbone level, temple to temple. Under 135mm — try Narrow. 135–145mm — Regular. Over 145mm — Wide.
